2009 Technical Presentation & General Meeting

This general event turned into a successful evening of an interesting presentation and a lively interactions amount our guests and members in the Four Seas Restaurant, Chinatown, San Francisco.  It was planned and executed by our Trustee Mr. Hanson Tom with a lot of help and support by our members and friends.

Mr. Robert Beck, Senior Program Manager of Transbay Joint Power Authority, gave a lively presentation bringing us to the future of the Transbay Transit Center, a transit hub that will incorporate other transportation agencies, including Caltrain, Samtrain, BART, last but not least the high speed rail. Mr. Beck shared the challenges of this Transbay Transit Center Project and the pompous facility of the modern regional transit hub, connecting different counties in the Bay Area and to LA.
